The 28th May 2024 marks the 10th Menstrual Hygiene Day and as BOLDred is all about raising awareness, breaking the stigma and taboo around menstruation, we just had to get into action mode to organise a cool event!

What you can expect:

• A creative walk-in workshop a la linoleum made easy with neon colours for big and small (from 5 years upwards) with fun-factor.
• A pop-up exhibition that will grow throughout the day with each participant taking part in the workshop.
• Sustainable menstrual products that can be touched, enlightening books and empowering jewellery that can be bought during the event. You can make your own personal sustainable impact with the purchase of any product on offer.
• And off course: Raising AWARENESS! Menstrual hygiene and menstruation can and should be fun.

Pop by and take part in our fun-filled workshop (idea and aim of the workshop will be revealed to you at the location as we all love surprises), support our fundraising event for an important cause:
Menstruation is the most normal thing in the world and each and everyone can make a little step towards creating a more #periodfriendlyworld. And as nothing exists that a menstruating person should need to be ashamed of, we want to talk about it openly without shame. It might be a challenge for some, but we are convinced: you will walk out of the event empowered holding something unique in your hands!

To cover materials, workshop leaders, the amazing location Studio nagelneu and all the sweat and blood that flowed into realising this event, we would be very grateful about a little donation from you (5-10€ is a donation recommendation).

Part of the donations will go towards an organisation that focuses on menstruation and battles period poverty in Berlin.

Studio nagelneu is barrier-free (around 5cm doorstep) but unfortunately the toilet is not barrier-free.
