Befriending Conflict – a Workshop

A workshop about reframing conflict as a generative force of relational learning and understanding.

Conflict isn’t going away, it is a part of life: in our friendships, our collectives, and our communities. So how can we get better at meeting it and moving through it with curiosity?

Join us for an evening of skill sharing. Through hands-on exercises, we’ll tap into our collective experience, exploring conflict not just in our minds but in our bodies as a whole system too.
We’re not experts, just people practicing and learning alongside you, hoping to build the skills for more generative conflicts and to strengthen our capacities for the challenges of our times.

We’ll start with vegan soup from 17:30 so everyone can arrive with a full belly, and it will keep flowing throughout the evening, along with ‘Kaffee und Kuchen’.

Your contribution covers food, drinks, studio costs, and a facilitator stipend. Choose what feels fair and sustainable for you.

€25 to 30 – If money is tight or your income is low/unpredictable

€31 to 40 – If your income is stable and you can comfortably cover your needs

€41 or above – If you have more financial flexibility or security

Paying more helps us compensate the facilitators fairly and keep the lower range accessible. If you’re unsure, choose an amount that feels meaningful without putting you under strain.
