Through local and seasonal ingredients\, we experiment with adapting Korean recipes to what grows here—creating sustainable and shared food practices. \nSaturday April 11th 15-18h\nstudio nagelneu | Hermannstraße 102\, 12051 Berlin \nFor our first workshop\, we begin with kimchi. \nThe session includes:\nA short introduction to kimchi—its history\, cultural meaning\, and and the fermentation process\nA hands-on kimchi-making session (you will make your own batch)\nA printed recipe card to take home\nA shared meal featuring bossam (boiled pork)\, tofu\, and freshly made kimchi \nPlease note: this is not a vegan kimchi. We use traditional ingredients such as fish sauce to share a deeper\, more authentic flavor of Korean fermentation. \nIn Korea\, making kimchi is rarely an individual act—it is something done together\, and almost always followed by eating together. This workshop follows that spirit. \nAs this is our very first workshop\, we see it as an experiment and would love to receive feedback from participants. \nThe workshop runs on a donation basis.
