DESCRIPTION:Transitional Momentum #2 Attunement with plants\ndeutsch weiter unten \nWe will engage in big and small movements for traveling through phases of socio-ecological change. We will connect with the seasons‘ colors and see what kind of creativity emerges when we collaborate with more-than-humans from the plant realm. \nThe sessions are a combination of simple guided bodywork\, intuitive herbalism\, verbal exchange\, drawing and sometimes eco-print.\nNo previous movement experience is required. \nTuesdays 16:00 – 17:45\n 2.9. | 16.9. | 23.9. | 7.10. | 14.10. \nMeeting point: On the meadow opposite the meadow with raised beds. There will be a sign as well \nThe sessions are donation based. A suggested donation between 4 – 15€ is welcome. \nFor further questions and registration email to transitional.momentum@gmail.com \nA registration email is not mandatory\, but helps to anticipate the size of the group. \nIn case of rain\, we might shift to an indoor space in Friedrichshain\, please be in touch via email.\nCome in comfortable clothes\, bring a blanket to sit on and your notebook 🙂 \nThe sessions will be held in english or german\, depending on the participants. \nFrederike works as a shiatsu practitioner\, dancer and gardener in Berlin and creates immersive formats at the intersection of these fields. \n\nTransitional Momentum #2 – Einstimmen mit Pflanzen\nWir werden große und kleine Bewegungen erkunden\, um Phasen des sozio-ökologischen Wandels zu navigieren. Wir werden uns von den Farben der Jahreszeit inspirieren lassen und schauen\, welche Kreativität entsteht\, wenn wir mir Pflanzen kollaborieren. \nDie Sessions sind eine Kombination aus simplen Körperübungen\, intuitiver Kräuterkunde\, verbalem Austausch\, Zeichnen und manchmal Eco-print. \nEs ist keinerlei Bewegungserfahrung notwendig\, um teilzunehmen. \ndienstags 16:00 – 17:45\n 2.9. | 16.9. | 23.9. | 7.10. | 14.10. \nDie Teilnahme ist auf Spendenbasis zwischen 4 – 15€. \nTreffpunkt: Auf der großen Wiese gegenüber der Hochbeet Wiese.
