DESCRIPTION:Unsere Parkhausmeister*innen präsentieren \nEmbodied Resilience in Hasenheide\nIn this workshop we explore our capacity of embodied community\, support\, pleasure and resilience to ourselves\, each other and with nature.\nWe introduce embodied visualisations\, simple touch and movements and a fundamental method from somatic therapy called Focusing.
